Official Parade Poster

The theme for this year’s Christmas Parade, Art Deco the Halls, has been brought to life by Oklahoma artist Salem Gullo, who created a color palette and a 1920’s downtown Tulsa Christmas parade scene for the official poster.

“Our goal for this year’s poster was to portray a classic downtown scene decorated for the holidays, including streets lined with elements from downtown Tulsa, centered around the nationally recognized Art Deco architecture of Boston Avenue United Methodist Church.

Completed in 1929, the church and its iconic tower have watched the parade proceed down Boston Avenue since it was built. The poster can be found online at the parade’s website and in the windows of downtown businesses,” said Jessica Gullo, director of the Tulsa Christmas Parade.
